Assemblage

This is a series of tactile poetry works, celebrating the form and texture of fabric swatches used in interior design. They often come in the shape of a square, a symbol of symmetry and balance. While commonly employed as a tool for envisioning designs, these artworks draw fabric swatches away from their pre-assigned functions and into another realm of existence drawing attention to the intricate subtleties and unique cadences that arise when geometry and textiles intertwine, nudged into new formations and language through artistic manipulation.
